Questions can be changed as often as needed to obtain the desired information - without having to reprint paper questionnaires. When service is complete customers are asked to complete the survey.

2. Collect Responses
The survey is both quick and easy. It can be completed while the customer is waiting to finish paperwork. The customer simply has to select one of five faces, ranging from happy to sad. They simply tap the face that most accurately reflects their response to the question.

3. Analyze Results
Completed surveys are then sent to a secure website by an automated process of synchronization. The data is stored in the survey database and is available for analysis through the website or intranet. Real-time results offer real-time solutions to customer satisfaction problems.
